I am a systemic coach and an experienced trainer with more than 20 years of practice in training and coaching. I completed my education at the universities of Bamberg, Würzburg and Munich, as well as in New York. With great commitment and empathy I support individuals, teams and organisations through processes of change and development.
My seminars and coaching sessions are lively, interactive and shaped by an appreciative atmosphere – spaces in which people open up, reflect and develop new perspectives.
A particular focus of my work is dialogic communication and developing shared solutions through co-creative thinking.

Book & Institute kunstunddialog
I am the author of a book on dialogic communication and founder of the institute kunstunddialog, which works with dialogic mediation and communication processes. In my work I create spaces in which encounter, shared thinking and creative development become possible.
My methodological foundation is complemented by qualifications as a drama educator and as a health educator (Sebastian Kneipp Academy) with a focus on relaxation, meditation and stress management.
